Cycle Compounds

Cycle Compound

The standard Maxi Cycle Compound has four access points (see configurations section). Single Module 4m long by 12m wide with capacity for 40 cycles. With Locking gates, Clear End Panels and Walkway Cover.

The picture shows an 80-cycle Secure Covered Maxi Cycle Compound. Shelter Solutions completed all the installation works, including the 12.5m by 8.5m concrete base, during the school holidays to minimise disruption to the pupils.

Cycle Compound

This 80-cycle capacity Maxi Cycle Compound was chosen specifically for its design by the pupils of Wentworth High School in Manchester. Maxi compounds can economically store multiples of 40-cycles. This compound has the added features of locking gates and a covered walkway between the rows of cycles. These features create a truly secure cycle shelter with a fully enclosed roof.

Cycle Compound

This Combined Compound designed for motorcycles and bicycles affords the user a large open central area for changing and manoeuvring of cycles. A true multi-use shelter, staff at this facility soon took to using it as a waiting shelter as well.

The pictures show open Combined Compound with cycle racks R/M-1 and motorcycle racks R/MC-2. A fixed gate panel at the far end of the shelter restricts access onto the car park behind.

Cycle Compound

The standard Mini Cycle Compound represents a neat compact solution to cycle storage. Available in multiples of 20-cycles. Single Module 4m long by 6m wide with capacity for 20 cycles. Optional Solid plastisol roof, Clear End Panels, Lockable gates and Walkway cover.

Steelwork is finished in Heritage Green colour Powder Coating.

The two pictures below of Mini Cycle Compounds emphasise how the choice of colour in conjunction with the clear roofing material can help the shelter blend into its environment.
