Transparent Cladding
5mm thick PET transparent cladding is used in all installation where transparency is required. The following properties being identified as essential for its suitability.
- Impact, fracture & shatter resistance
- Does not support combustion
- Environmentally friendly - fully recyclable
- UV Stable - 10yr weathering guarantee
- Resistance to cleaning agents, alcohol and solvents (enabling easy removal of graffiti)
Plastisol Cladding
Plastisol cladding (HPS200) is an organic coated steel strip, hot-dipped coated with an alloy comprising 95% zinc and 5% aluminium.
Guaranteed for a minimum period of 15-20 years depending on local variations (inland/coastal). Formed profile sheets available in 8 standard colours for superior durability, high gloss retention, and mould resistance. Underside of sheets is in grey corrosion resistant primer topped with heat cured high performance polyester coating.
Finishes to Steelwork
Hot dipped galvanising Ideal for all external conditions and locations, giving an extreme weather resistance which is hard wearing with low maintenance. Polyester powder coating Steel work is shot blasted to SA2.5, degreased, etch primed with zinc phosphate anti-corrosive zinc primer and electrostatic spray heat-cured and top coated with a polyester powder coat.
Hinged Gates can be fitted to most shelters.
Fixed Gate Panels can be used to close off an opening in a shelter.
A Walkway Cover can be added to link the roofs of adjacent shelters. They usually cover the walkway between rows of cycles.
Lighting options are available on all shelters.
Shoot bolts and hasp & staple locks are standard on all hinged gates.
