Waiting Shelters
With no existing shade, this exposed corner of the school playground was used to site one of Shelter Solution's Centro style waiting shelters. It’s solid plastisol roof provides maximum shade on intense sunny days, as seen in the photograph, yet gives a good area of rain shelter on wet days. Shelter Solutions completed the installation in two days, which included excavation and concreting of bases.
This school on the Wirral chose Shelter Solution’s Rondo style parent waiting shelter. Its unique design, wrapped around the school entrance gate, gives parents an ideal shelter in which to congregate. At over 25sqm it provides ample room for buggies and prams and a dry area for children to put on their raincoats.
This Bow style parent waiting shelter was a welcome addition to this prefabricated classroom. At 8m long by 3m wide it also provides a great outdoor play area for the children.
