Refunds & Returns for on line sales
1.1.10
If for any reason the purchaser is not completely happy with the goods purchased and wishes to refuse delivery the product, other than it not being possible to ‘carry’ the goods to the desired position. For example an item too large to carry within a building and there is no outside access; the purchaser should have foreseen this. A full refund will be given by cheque within 10 working days.
1.1.10a
In this even the item cannot be carried to the final location this will be classed as ‘purchased’ and delivered and the item will be left in a safe place assigned by the purchaser.
1.1.11
If the goods are signed for and excepted but the purchaser then for whatever reason does not require the item this can be returned or collected at the purchasers cost and a refund will be issued.
1.1.12
Provided this is within 30 days and the item remains in pristine condition.
1.1.13
We reserve the right to withhold the ‘free deliver’ of refuse an order if the location of the purchaser is outside of our delivery area. If you have any concerns please check before ordering on line. Normally a ‘reasonable’ delivery charge will be agreed.
